The deal

The Cozy Ember sells cozy home and apparel goods online to customers in the US and Canada. By ordering, you agree to these terms — they exist so both of us know where we stand, not to trap anyone.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in your local currency (USD for US visitors, CAD for Canada) and can change between visits — the price at checkout is the price. Payment is processed securely by Shopify. If we ever mis-price something badly and you order it, we'll contact you before charging anything weird.

Orders

We can decline or refund an order if something's off (stock error, address we can't ship to, obvious fraud). If we do, you're refunded in full and we'll tell you why.

Shipping & returns

Covered properly on the shipping and returns pages — those policies are part of these terms.

Use your judgment

Heated and lit products need common sense: follow the included instructions, don't leave heated items running unattended or while sleeping, and keep them away from water. Stop using anything that looks damaged.

Our content

The Cozy Ember name, branding, photos, and site content are ours — please don't reuse them commercially without asking.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law guarantees you.
