How do I pick the right size?

Most of our pieces are generously sized wraps and capes — check the size chart on each product page. If you're measuring: across the shoulders at the widest point, and length from shoulder to where you want the hem. Between sizes? Size up. Always. Cozy needs room.

How long does shipping take?

We pack in 1–3 business days, then delivery takes 10–20 days to the US + Canada. Standard shipping is $12.00 CAD, or go Express for $20.00 CAD to jump the queue — and standard is free once your order passes $125.00 CAD ($100.00 USD). Full details on the shipping page.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Friday December 25 is the deadline, and we would rather lose the sale than post you a gift in January. Order by Wednesday December 2 on standard shipping, or Thursday December 10 on Express. After that we can't promise it lands in time, and we'll say so at checkout rather than let you find out the hard way.

Where's my order?

Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email — drop it into Track Order. No email after 3 business days? Check spam, then write us.

What if it doesn't fit / isn't what I hoped?

30-day returns, free replacement if we messed up. The whole policy is on the returns page and it's genuinely short.

Is checkout secure?

Yes — payment happens on Shopify's checkout, the same infrastructure behind millions of stores. We never see or store your card number.

Do you actually answer emails?

A human reads support@thecozyember.com every day and replies within 24 hours. Try us.
